📌 Cancellation Policy

We value both our clients’ time and our barbers’ schedules. To ensure fairness and smooth booking for everyone, please review our cancellation policy below:

Deposits

  • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • This deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations & Reschedules

  • Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once without losing the deposit.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to show up, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals within the scheduled time, but service quality or duration may be affected.

No-Shows

  • Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the barber.
